2. Pricing and Payment Terms

Service Pricing Information

All quoted prices are for web development and digital marketing services as outlined in your project agreement.

Payment Schedule

  • 50% deposit required before project commencement
  • Remaining 50% due upon project completion and approval
  • Digital marketing services billed monthly in advance
  • Support packages billed according to selected duration
  • All payments must be made in the currency specified in your quote

3. Domain and Hosting Responsibilities

Third-Party Services Disclaimer

Lightning Laser is not responsible for domain registration or hosting services. These are provided by third-party companies with their own terms, pricing, and policies.

Our Role

  • We provide guidance on domain and hosting selection
  • We assist with initial setup and configuration
  • We help you understand the requirements
  • We coordinate with hosting providers when necessary

Client Responsibilities

  • Purchase domain registration through chosen registrar
  • Pay hosting fees directly to hosting provider
  • Maintain domain and hosting account credentials
  • Renew domain and hosting services as required
  • Notify us of any changes to hosting or domain status

4. Project Timeline and Deliverables

Standard Timelines

  • Single website projects: 5-10 business days
  • Complex websites with custom features: 2-4 weeks
  • E-commerce solutions: 2-6 weeks
  • Digital marketing campaign setup: 3-5 business days

Timeline Dependencies

  • Timelines depend on client providing required content and materials
  • Domain and hosting setup may affect launch timeline
  • Revisions and changes may extend project duration
  • Third-party integrations may require additional time

5. Revisions and Changes

Included Revisions

  • • Up to 3 rounds of revisions included in base price
  • • Minor content updates and adjustments
  • • Color and styling modifications
  • • Layout refinements within scope

Additional Revisions

  • Major scope changes will be quoted separately
  • Additional features require separate agreement
  • Extensive revisions may incur additional charges
  • Timeline adjustments may be necessary for major changes

6. Intellectual Property

Client Ownership

  • Clients own all custom content, images, and text provided
  • Final website code and design transfer upon full payment
  • Client receives full rights to use and modify the website

Lightning Laser Rights

  • We retain rights to our development methodologies and processes
  • We may use completed projects in our portfolio (with permission)
  • We retain rights to any custom tools or frameworks we develop

7. Support and Maintenance

1 Month Support Includes

  • • Bug fixes and technical issues
  • • Minor content updates
  • • Basic technical support
  • • Performance monitoring
  • • Security updates

1 Year Support Includes

  • • Everything in 1 month support
  • • Regular software updates
  • • Priority support response
  • • Monthly performance reports
  • • Backup services
  • • Quarterly strategy reviews

8. Limitation of Liability

  • • Lightning Laser's liability is limited to the total project cost
  • • We are not responsible for third-party service failures (hosting, domains)
  • • We are not liable for data loss due to client actions or third-party failures
  • • We recommend regular backups and proper security measures
  • • Digital marketing results are not guaranteed due to platform variables

9. Termination

Project Termination

  • Either party may terminate with 7 days written notice
  • Client is responsible for payment of completed work
  • Refunds calculated based on work completed
  • All project materials returned upon final payment

Support Termination

  • Support packages may be cancelled with 30 days notice
  • No refunds for unused portions of prepaid support
  • Emergency support available for 30 days after termination
